Q. How is CliBase different from other e-commerce platforms?

CliBase can be added to your existing website ecommerce platform and doesn’t require you to start over. We are offering an experience to your customers that would let them wanting to purchase again from your business. Moreover CliBase can integrate with other ecommerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, and more.

Q. Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual plans and a 20% discount on biennial plans, when they are paid upfront.

Q. Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Q. Do you charge bandwidth or storage fees?

No. All CliBase plans include unlimited bandwidth and storage at no extra charge.

Q. Does CliBase have transaction fees?

No. We believe in fair, transparent, and predictable pricing. We do not charge transaction fees on top of plans or based on which payment processor you use.

Q. Is my data safe and secure?

The security and uptime of your store is our #1 priority. Your customers’ information is completely safe at CliBase. All sensitive information always is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel. Q. What does CliBase All-in-One POS do?

CliBase POS is a web application for different devices that you can use for transactions in a physical store or pop-up setting. Find products, process orders, take payment, swipe credit cards, produce receipts, and control it all from your Laptop, iPad, tablets or mobile device. All the background management of your store is done from your Clibase admin, which you can access using any browser.

Q. Can I merge my Clibase Messenger Store, Clibase Web Store, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc with CliBase POS?

Yes. Your CliBase Online stores and Integrated Platforms automatically synchronizes with CliBase POS, and you manage your entire business in a single platform. Product or inventory updates that you make in your CliBase admin will instantly take effect in CliBase POS.

Q. Can I use CliBase POS if I have multiple cash registers in use at the same time?

Absolutely! You can install CliBase POS on multiple devices. However, for regulatory compliance requirements, we need to have register unique POS Serial Numbers for each hardware machine for the receipt purposes. Store activity on all devices is synchronized with your CliBase admin.

Q. Where can I buy a cash register, receipt printer, and other hardware?

CliBase provides the hardware for the POS.

Q. Can I use my existing hardware for the CliBase POS?

Yes! As long as it supports Google Chrome or any modern Browser, then it you can use it.
